The trial

Is there a contract?
No. After the free month it’s month to month; if it ever stops working for you, you cancel with no hidden penalties.
Does WhatsApp charge separately?
When a customer messages you first and you reply within 24 hours, those messages are free. Only certain out-of-window or marketing templates are billed — usually cents per message.
